A1: With a massive 11000mAh capacity, charging time naturally takes longer. When using a standard 500mA charger, it takes approximately 28 hours. We highly recommend using a high-output NiMH smart charger (such as 1000mA or higher) to significantly reduce the charging time to about 13-14 hours.
Q2: What is Low Self-Discharge (LSD) and why does it matter?
A2: Standard NiMH batteries slowly lose their charge over time when not in use. LSD technology greatly slows down this natural loss. This means you can charge the battery, store it in your emergency kit for a whole year, and it will still have 85% of its power ready to go when you need it.
Q3: Is this battery ready to use out of the box?
A3: Yes! The Doublepow NiMH battery comes with a small initial charge from the factory, so you can use it immediately in your devices. For optimal long-term performance, we recommend giving it a full charge cycle upon receipt.
Q4: Why does my 1.5V device work with this 1.2V battery?
A4: 1.2V is the nominal operating voltage for all NiMH batteries. When fully charged, the peak voltage reaches approximately 1.4V. They are specifically designed to be a direct drop-in replacement for 1.5V alkaline batteries in gas stoves, flashlights, and radios.
Q5: Does this battery have a built-in USB port for charging?
A5: No. This is a standard NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) rechargeable battery. It does not have a built-in USB port. To recharge it, you need to use a standard NiMH smart battery charger.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return. Any return request submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, OneAndes will cover the return shipping cost. In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., no longer needed, ordered the wrong model), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You must prepay the return shipping cost using a trackable carrier that accepts lithium batteries. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns.

Lithium Battery Shipping Regulations: By law, all returns must be shipped in compliance with applicable dangerous goods regulations. We will provide guidance on proper packaging and labeling. Failure to comply may result in carrier refusal, seizure, or additional fees. We are not responsible for returned items lost or rejected by the carrier due to improper shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
