4. User-Generated Content
If you submit or post any content to the Site—including product reviews, comments, photos, or suggestions—you grant OneAndes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
OneAndes respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Site to do the same. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible for posting it. We will also take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user of the takedown and allow them to submit a counter-notification as provided by the DMCA.
Repeat infringers will have their access to the Site terminated.
