Q: What is the difference between Flat Top and Nickel Tabs? Which should I buy?
A: Flat Top is for standard spring-contact devices like flashlights. With Nickel Tabs is for DIY battery packs and PCB soldering—the nickel strips are already pre-welded for you. Please be aware the variant with tabs is 2mm taller.
Q: Can I connect 2 of these in series?
A: Yes. Connecting 2 in series creates a 6.4V power pack. If you need a 12.8V pack, you will need 4 cells. Please always use a dedicated LiFePO4 BMS protection board when assembling battery packs.
