Q2: Can this charger accommodate the small 16340 battery size?
A2: Yes. The XTAR MC4S features four spring-loaded slots that perfectly fit the 16.4mm diameter and 34.3mm height of the 16340 battery. All four slots are compatible with this size.
Q3: Can the MC4S charge protected 20700 or 21700 batteries?
A3: No. The MC4S does NOT support protected 20700 and 21700 batteries. Please do not use those cells with this charger.
Q4: What does the flashing Red and Green LED lights mean?
A4: When the LED lights flash between red and green, it indicates the battery has been inserted with reversed polarity. Please immediately remove the battery and insert it in the correct orientation.
Q5: Can I charge a Li-ion and a Ni-MH battery at the same time?
A5: Yes. The MC4S features 4 completely independent charging circuits. You can safely charge a 3.7V Li-ion battery in one slot and a 1.2V Ni-MH battery in another slot simultaneously.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return. Any return request submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, OneAndes will cover the return shipping cost. In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., no longer needed, ordered the wrong model), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You must prepay the return shipping cost using a trackable carrier that accepts lithium batteries. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns.

Lithium Battery Shipping Regulations: By law, all returns must be shipped in compliance with applicable dangerous goods regulations. We will provide guidance on proper packaging and labeling. Failure to comply may result in carrier refusal, seizure, or additional fees. We are not responsible for returned items lost or rejected by the carrier due to improper shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund. Damaged or missing item claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. 8. Order Cancellation

All OneAndes batteries are backed by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use outside of manufacturer specifications.
