One cell gave 3380mAh, the other 3410mAh. Still very high, but not quite 3500. Performance is good.
My Zebralight SC64 now runs for ages on these 3500mAh cells. 10A is plenty for up to 1000 lumens. Highly recommended.

Lithium Battery Shipping Regulations: By law, all returns must be shipped in compliance with applicable dangerous goods regulations. We will provide guidance on proper packaging and labeling.
